Robert Rienecker

Biography

Charity accounts for an important part of Rob Rienecker's life. Currently, he affiliates with three major groups: Truth in Action, Compassion International, and Bill Glass Prison Ministries. Sponsored by such caring individuals as Rob Rienecker, these entities aid groups of people across the world by combining financial assistance with Christian beliefs.

In providing time and money to Truth in Action, Robert Rienecker supplements its mission to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Concerned about the influence of secular thoughts in shaping the world, Truth in Action offers documentaries, DVDs, sermons, books, and a weekly television show that all teach Christians how to maintain their faith and get the most out of the scriptures. In addition, Robert Rienecker has supported a Tanzanian child for the past four years through Compassion International, a faith-based group that contributes necessities to underprivileged youths. From Bill Glass Prison Ministries, he speaks to incarcerated inmates about accepting God as a way to improve their lives and reduce the chance of recidivism.

A native of California, Robert Rienecker grew up in San Mateo County and competed in several sports, including baseball and tennis. While in college, he continued in athletics by acting as the catcher on his college baseball team and serving as the Assistant Tennis Instructor for Dick Gould. Subsequently, he joined a triple-A fast pitch softball league.

Today, among his other activities, Rob Rienecker remains involved with sports by playing golf. Possessing a six handicap, he has based his vacations on golf packages at some of the best courses in Hawaii, Florida, and California. Another of his favorite pastimes is reading about apologetics, Christian worldview, cultural mandates, and similar topics. Some of Rob Rienecker's preferred modern and scholarly authors include Tom Clancy, Brannon Howse, Gary DeMar, and Dr. Rick Cornish.
